Dissolve 0.1% (v/v) Tween 20* in PBS.
- because Tween 20 is thick and hard to work with, especially in small volumes, I usually make a stock of 20% Tween-20 in PBS (3mL/12mL)
Common volumes:
200mL PTW: 1mL 20% Tween-20, 199mL PBS
