Experiment[edit]
- Put 1 anemone in each bowl with 25ul ASW
- Count 2 sets of shrimp, 25 each
- Put shrimp in ASW ~50 ml each set
- Pour shrimp into anemone bowls, wait 1/2 hour
- Count remaining shrimp
Reagents[edit]
- 2 bowls that hold 100ml
- Disposable pipettes
- ASW
- SW to hatch shrimp
- Brine shrimp eggs
