Purpose: Test for photosensitivity
- Starve Hydra for at least 48 hours.
- Isolate a single Hydra in a 15mL dish and place in the dark for half an hour in 10 mL of HM. If doing a drug trail, add it to the HM.
- Turn on light at desired intensity and wait until scrunch response or 20 minutes.
