Creating a FedEx shipping label to pay for someone to send something to us:
If the sender has access to email: I just need their email address and physical address (where they'll send it from). MSI will create the label and email them a copy to use.
If the sender doesn't have access to email: We'll give them our FexEx account #, not as ideal.
