  4. Probe and immediately count discharged nematocysts (recommended 40x).

MAKING PROBES

  1. Cut fishing line (4 lb).
  2. Coat in Lysine (adds stickiness)
  3. Dip 3 times in Jello.
  4. Let dry between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
