1. Downloaded Metazoa genomes from ensembl [http://metazoa.ensembl.org/info/data/ftp/index.html] on Jan 31, 2013. There were 51 genomes. I downloaded the predicted cDNA from each genome using recursive wget on the ftp site, and the option --accept *.cdna.* These are saved on osiris in oakley user under the directory OpsinGenomes | 1.
