Opsins from full genomes

1. Downloaded Metazoa genomes from ensembl [1] on Jan 31, 2013. There were 51 genomes. I downloaded the predicted cDNA from each genome using recursive wget on the ftp site, and the option --accept *.cdna.* These are saved on osiris in oakley user under the directory OpsinGenomes
2. unzipped all sequences
3. combined into one database for blast
